Scope
This policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit vector-array.online, submit an inquiry, or store a cookie consent choice in your browser. It is written for our English-language site and follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) principles.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, message text, and the page path you sent the form from.
- Consent storage: a single local value indicating whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage, kept under the key
vafp_consent_choicein your browser’s localStorage. - Server logs: if our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent), those are processed by the host under their policies. This marketing site does not run analytics or advertising pixels.
We do not collect payment card data on this website.

No analytics or third-party tracking
No Google Analytics, ad pixels, or similar measurement tools are installed. No fonts or scripts are loaded from third-party CDNs at runtime.
Inquiry handling
When you submit the form, your data is sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. It is used only to review and respond to your request and to prepare consultation or planning services if you proceed. It is not sold.
Retention (proposed, pending business confirmation): inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing client relationship or legal obligation, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@vector-array.online. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
International transfers
Primary processing is intended to occur in Thailand. If tools used to respond to email or store backups involve providers abroad, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
Children
Our services concern family financial planning; forms should be submitted by adults or guardians. We do not knowingly collect data from children without guardian involvement.
