Refund and cancellation policy

Applicability

This policy applies to paid individual financial-planning consultations and tailored financial-management plans offered by Vector Array Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Vector Array Financial Planning จำกัด). General website use remains free.

Commercial terms below are proposed, pending business confirmation where not yet fixed in your service agreement.

Consultation fees

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: full refund of any prepaid session fee, or free rescheduling once.
• Within 48 hours: up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time; remainder refunded within fourteen business days.
• No-show without notice: prepaid fee is non-refundable; we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.

Tailored financial-management plans

• Before work starts: if you cancel after paying a plan deposit but before deliverables begin, a full refund minus any disclosed administrative fee (proposed: none unless stated in your quote).
• After work has started: fees for completed milestones or documented hours are non-refundable; unused prepaid portions for future milestones are refunded within twenty-one business days.
• Deliverables already provided: digital or printed plan materials already delivered are non-refundable.

Deposits

Deposits hold calendar time and preparatory research. Deposit amounts and refundability are stated in your quote. Unless otherwise stated, deposits follow the consultation cancellation windows above.

Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers in THB may take five to fourteen business days depending on your institution.

How to request a refund

Email info@vector-array.online with your name, scheduled service date, payment reference, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available with at least 48 hours’ notice for consultations. Plan review meetings follow the cadence in your management plan document.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (severe weather, official restrictions) trigger rescheduling without penalty rather than automatic refunds unless we cannot provide the service within sixty days.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act where they apply to your transaction.
